Spending time with our grandbabies is special! This was an evening at Chili's. Kennedy decided to try the bread basket on for size. Well, I thought it fit perfectly. Chris told her to lean it to the right a little more. That's when she looked at him as if to say, "I got this, Papa Red."
To which he replied, "Well,..well, okay then..."
To which he replied, "Well,..well, okay then..."

Our kids are grown now, with the youngest having graduated. But I am not feeling any empty-nestiness any more. I know that this is the time for me to prepare for the next generation.
I feel that one day I'll have grandchildren and am very much looking forward to that bond and that phase of life.
Is it wonderful?
